bat365在线平台2019年度中国政府海洋奖学金开始接受申请
2012年，国家海洋局与教育部共同出资启动了“中国政府海洋奖学金”项目，主要用于资助南海、太平洋、印度洋周边国家和地区及非洲发展中国家的优秀学生、青年学者来华攻读涉海专业硕士或博士学位，为区域内的发展中国家培养相关专业的高级人才，加强各国间的国际海洋合作与交流，促进区域海洋和谐发展。海洋奖的培养院校为中国海洋大学、浙江大学、厦门大学、bat365在线平台和哈尔滨工程大学。“中国政府海洋奖学金”项目实施5年来进展顺利，已在国际海洋合作领域形成了一定的影响力，受到相关国家和国际组织的高度评价。截止至2018年底，该项目已成功招收了来自亚洲、非洲、欧洲和拉丁美洲的28个国家和地区的180多名留学生。
2019年度中国政府海洋奖学金现开始接受申请，申请时间截止日期为：2019年4月15日，截止日期前需将所有纸质申请材料及电子版送达联系人处。
一、申请人资格：
1. 申请人须为南海、印度洋、太平洋周边以及岛屿国家以及非洲发展中国家的非中国籍公民，身体健康。
2. 申请人须申请攻读与海洋相关专业的硕士或博士学位。
二、招生专业和学习期限
我校相关涉及海洋、环境研究的专业，包括但不限于：bat365在线平台、环境科学与工程学院、联合国环境规划署-bat365在线平台环境与可持续发展学院、土木工程学院、电子信息与工程学院、法学院、化学科学与工程学院等。
根据不同招生专业的培养方案，硕士研究生学制为2-3年，博士研究生学制为4年。

三、奖学金期限：
硕士研究生：学制2-3学年，奖学金期限2-3学年。
博士研究生：学制4学年，奖学金期限最长不超过4年。
四、奖学金内容
受资助的留学生将享有与中国政府奖学金学生同样的待遇，免除学费和校内住宿费、提供综合医疗保险、资助相应的生活费（硕士生：3000元/月，博士生：3500元/月）。国际旅费自理。

Application for 2019 Marine Scholarship of China Begins
The Marine Scholarship of China for the year 2019 is now open for application, and the application deadline is April 15, 2019 (with all the online procedures completed and documents sent to contact person of School of Ocean and Earth Science, Tongji University).
The Marine Scholarship of China is jointly initiated by the State Oceanic Administration (SOA) and the Ministry of Education of China (MOE) for the purpose of providing financial support to outstanding students from the coastal countries or regions around the South China Sea, the Pacific and the Indian Oceans and African developing countries to study in China for a master’s or doctoral degree in oceanography or other related specialties.
Majors
Marine affairs related majors, including but not limited to degree courses provided by the following Schools and Colleges of Tongji University:
School of Ocean and Earth Science, School of Environmental Science and Engineering, UN Environment-Tongji Institute of Environment for Sustainable Development, School of Civil Engineering, College of Electronics and Information Engineering, School of Law
Scholarship and Fees
1. The duration for a master degree program is 2 to 3 years with scholarship support of 2 to 3 years, and for a doctoral degree program 4 years with scholarship support of 4 years.
2. Scholarship owners enjoy free tuition fee and other material fees, and will be provided with free accommodation and necessary medical services. Living allowances for the students are 3,000 RMB per month for master students, and 3,500 RMB per month for doctoral students (the same standard with other Chinese Government Scholarship.)
