报告人简介：
Andy Fischer博士于1994年在美国University of Washington获得硕士学位，2009年毕业于Cornell University并获得博士学位。2003年至2009年Fischer博士在Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute担任Research Technician。2009年起，Fischer博士在澳大利亚Tasmania大学国家海洋保护和资源的可持续发展中心担任教职，并承担了许多重要科研项目。
