To meet the requirements of the Laboratory’s sea expedition and operation work of large-scale equipments, three positions are now open for application:

Position Title

1. Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

a)    management and maintenance of marine instruments and testing equipments;

b)    field and laboratory equipment operation;

c)    develop new technology for instrumental observation;

d)    observation and analysis of data preprocessing;

e)    daily management of the Laboratory; 

2. Analytical Technician

Responsibilities:

a.    operation and maintenance of large-scale equipment;

b.    experimental analysis and data preprocessing;

c.    daily management of the Laboratory

3. Engineering Technician

Responsibilities:

a.    operation and maintenance of marine instruments and other field equipments;

b.    observation and analysis of data preprocessing;

c.    develop new technology for instrumental observation;

Qualifications:

1.    male; doctorate majoring in science and engineering(marine science, environmental science, geology, instrumental analysis, chemistry, physics, etc.);

2.    CET 6+;

3.    passionate and active, with strong responsibility and high working efficiency;

4.    excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;

5.    skillful in using MS Office applications and other software; familiar with office stuffs;

6.    Position One requires 3+ years of equipment operation, maintenance and    management experience, and possesses the title of senior engineer (or associate professor and equivalent); Position Two and Three require that the degree of the candidate was acquired within 3 years, and graduates are welcomed.
